Crocheting

I've been busy crocheting these days. It's so fun, even though I still use other's patterns. But I do modification their pattern sometimes. Because it's hard to find the same yarn weight so I must ignore the gauge and adjust it the way I want.

I've done so many projects, actually—buckets from t-shirt yarn, sling bag, pouch, even rabbit doll. But now I'm trying to make a tablecloth (?) my mom requested. I've made the dummy, actually, but still, the stitches are not really good. So I just make a little one, so there are not so many holes.

The pattern is granny square crochet: Starburst. It's combined with four colors, but you only need three colors to mix. I use this tutorial for my tablecloth project.

It's very easy to do. But for me, it's difficult to find the weight of yarn same as in the video. So, when I use a 5.0 mm hook, the knot is not so tight, and I don't like it. I redo it using a 4.0 mm hook. I hope it's better.

Look! It's smaller but solid, right?

Can't wait to show the result! But it will take a lot of time to make it, but yaa let's see when will I post the result :)
