Today, I will review The Mitchell vs The Machines. The movie was released on 30th April 2021 on Netflix. Please, go watch it! Because it is a heartwarming movie, PG 13, so you can watch it with your family.

For the overview, this movie is about a not-perfect family who tries to save the world. The main problem of this movie is about Katie and her dad, Rick. Katie loves making a movie but Rick never likes it. And the journey for saving the world makes them unite again.

Besides that, The Mitchell also weird. A dad who gives every member of the family a screwdriver on their birthday. A son who really nerd and loves dinosaurs so much. And a dog who never gets eyes-focused. Despite the troubles, all weirdness in this family keeps the movie alive. You can't get bored in the first ten minutes. Because it makes you laugh so hard. This is one of the jokes that I like. But you might not understand it.

The other thing that I love in this movie is the animation. For me, the animation is so fresh and cheerful. During watching the movie, the animation always makes me smile somehow. I really love the doodles. And they put so many doodles in there. If you want to watch a mood-booster movie, this movie is just perfect.

Besides the hilariousness of this movie, there is one quote that I like from this movie.

Having family is hard, but it is worth to have it

It means that you may have problems with your family but never try to cut off the relationship. Because the family is the basic support that you can have. Being in the family means you must support each other. Every dream in the family is precious. Never degrading each of them.
